  • Brides Mother Bank details
  • wedding card,
  • wedding photo graph,
  • letter by the gram panchayat/church/mosque/any other authority/ institution which has performed the marriage to be scanned and uploaded ,
  • ssc hall ticket number and year of passing(optional).
