| Eligibility Criteria | The applicant should be in the income bracket of Rs. 6000/- p.m. to Rs. 50,000/- pm • Applicant should not own a house in the municipal corporation/municipality for which applied. • In case of Hyderabad and visakhapatnam the applicants should not have any house/flat in greater Hyderabad or greater visakhapatnam area. •There will be a lock in period of 5 years for sale of the flat/house. •The registration fee is Rs. 5,000/- in municipal corporation areas and rs. 3,000/- in all other municipalities: the cost of the application form is rs. 250/- |
