Police Recruitment Training

  1. Introduction:

On 9th Mar 2022, Chief Minister of Telangana State has announced recruitment of 80,039 vacancies in various departments of the Govt. Further, the he also announced relaxation in the upper age limit for filling the vacancies for all categories of candidates.

The purpose of this project is to provide a one-stop support center for candidates belonging to the marginalized communities, backward communities and Muslim minority community, get necessary information, guidance and support to apply for TS state Government jobs. Leveraging the benefits of collaboration by partnering with different NGOs and CBOs already working for the development of the community.

  • There are in total 587 posts for SI (Sub Inspector) and 16027 post for PC (Police Constable) are announced and notified on 26th April 2022

  1. THROWBACK:

Human Welfare Foundation Telangana Chapter has organized awareness and training sessions for the various posts notified in 2018 by the police department, Telangana.  The HWF conducted camps in past at 5 different districts of Telangana reaching 1000+ aspirants with reasonable success in recruitment. Provided training to 150 shortlisted aspirants among them 30 aspirants Qualified for Police Constable and 3 aspirants Sub Inspector Post. With the experience over time, HWF evolved the process of support, guidance and training modules for the recruitments.

  1. OBJECTIVES:
  • To make aware the community about the importance of participation in the law and order system.
  • To have equal participation of the community in the Public services.
  • To reach the equal representation of the community in the Law and Order department.
  • To motivate, guide and assist aspirants in recruitments process.
  • To provide financial for the professional training to the eligible aspirants.
  1. ADVISORY COMMITTEE:

To have quality in the process, the professionals committee has been setup to execute the selection process in defined manners. Our esteemed Advisory Committee members are;

       6.MENTORSHIP AND MONITORING:

  • To have a vision, community understandings and moral and ethical teachings the team of mentors is been formed.

  • To set up camps a team of coordinators is been formed in all 10 Districts.
  1. PROJECT STRATEGY:

With past experience, HWF evolved a comprehensive and effective mechanism to have the maximum output by implementing the concept with strategy. Here are the process stages

  1. ORIENTATION PROGRAMS
    1. To have mass awareness and mobilize the students /aspirants in the process of the getting into the system orientation programs will be conducted.
    2. To make them aware of the process of enrollment, preparation and physical fitness
    3. To give the orientation about all the jobs and their process
    4. To have screening tests for the short listing process.
  1. CAMPS AT DISTRICTS
    1. The camps will be conducted on the following locations as per the schedule
    2. The camps will have a defined team for motivational and awareness talks
    3. The camps will be organized by the appointed team at local for seamless work flow

  • WRITTEN TEST:
    1. An online written test will be conducted for all the registered aspirants
    2. The test will of for 200 Marks
    3. It is a multiple choice questions tests
    4. The test will be conducted in specified centers by the team.
    5. The date for Online test is 22 May 2022 at 10am to 1pm
    6. The results of the written test will be announced by 25 May, 2022 at 11am
  • PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST:
    1. Physical measurement tests will be conducted for the qualified aspirants in the written tests.
    2. The physical measurement process for the shortlisted aspirants is as per the eligibility criteria notified by the government of Telangana.
  • To have physical measurement tests the respective Administration team needs to be equipped with instruments and the space.
  • Prior intimation will be given to the shortlisted aspirants about physical fitness test
  1. PERSONAL INTERVIEWS:
    1. For Sub Inspector:
      1. The face to face interview will be held for the aspirants who passed the written test
      2. The interview will be at Hyderabad location
  • The interview date is 27 May 2022 from 10 am onwards
  1. For Police Constable:
    1. The face-to-face interview will be held at the district headquarters
    2. The date of the interview will be on the same day as the physical fitness test for the qualified aspirants.
  1. SELECTION RATIO for Coaching & training:
    1. The total number of aspirants for Sub Inspector for training is 100 at Hyderabad
    2. The total number of aspirants for Police constable training at District head quarters is 200 per district.
    3. The selection will be done 1:2 ratio for both SI & PC
  1. TRAINING FOR THE SELECTED ASPIRANTS:
    1. For Sub Inspector:
      1. The selected aspirants will be enrolled in the prestigious institute for the training
      2. The location of the institute will be at Hyderabad
      3. The training will be residential; aspirants need to move from his hometown to Hyderabad for entire training duration.
    2. For Police Constable:
      1. The written and Physical training will be provided to the aspirants who cleared the written test and Physical tests.
      2. The training will be given in the district head quarter
      3. The local team needs to ensure all the training equipment available for the process.
