Scholarship Amount | Total amount of 25000 bifurcated as follows. 1)Rental/Lease expenditure including computers, tables, chairs, workstations etc. O&M of training centers including rental, electricity, water, generator and other running expenses lunch, tea and travel expenses during training training of trainers and induction training expenses including salaries of trainers & other resource persons, learning kit, assessment & certification MIS website, tracking and other monitoring expenses institutional overheads (max 10 % of all above) maximum Rs 20,000 per candidate 2)post placement support (to be given to all placed candidates for 2 months after placement) @ 2000 per month Rs 4000.3)Incentive @ 5 % of all costs excluding post placement support to be payable to pia’s who |
Elibility Criteria | A.The trainee should belong to minority community. b.The trainee should be between 14-35 years of age. c.The minimum qualification of trainee should be at least class V. d.In case reserved categories as prescribed under this scheme remain vacant, these vacant seats may be treated as unreserved.For the institute who are under taking the implementation of programme the terms and conditions are mentioned in document. |
Documents/Collaterals reqd | 1)Minority community affidavit for the student 2)a bond on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.20 in favor of the president of India to the effect that it will abide by terms and conditions 2)The organization shall maintain a separate account in a nationalized/scheduled bank in respect of this grant. all receipts and payments involving Rs.10,000/- and above of the grantee institution must be through cheques only, 3)A copy of the bank pass book indicating all transactions made in connection with the running of the sanctioned project. 4)Utilization certificate in GFR 19(a), to the ministry latest by first week of June month every year: (5)The receipt and payment account of grant-in-aid in question for the year; (6)The income and expenditure accounts of grant-in-aid in question for the year; (7)The balance sheet, indicating assets and liabilities from grant-in-aid in question; (8)The utilization certificate in prescribed format (GFR-19A) as per general financial rules along with the item-wise break-up; (9) the audited accounts of the organisation as a whole for the year. 6). performance-cum-achievement report as prescribed by the ministry for which it received grant-in-aid; |
