| Eligibility |
Any student with disabilities who has been admitted to M.PhiI./Ph.D. degree in a University or academic institution by completing the required formalities for admission at that University or academic institution is eligible for the award of Fellowship subject to provision of the scheme.
After two years, if the progress in the research work of the awardee is found satisfactory, his/her tenure will be extended for a further period of three years as Senior Research Fellowship (SRF). |

Academic record – attested copies of relevant certificates/mark sheets for the qualifying examination. |
| (ii) |
Proof of annual income – Proof of income shall include last salary slip of parent/guardian, acknowledgement of income tax/income certificate from revenue official/gazetted officer/public representative e.g. MP, MLA, MLC, Panchayat officials etc.; |
| (iii) |
Attested copy of Disability certificate; |
| (iv) |
Attested copy of Aadhar Card; |
| (v) |
Course fee receipt if any, duly paid during the academic session & verified by institution. |
| (vi) |
Enclose Receipt/invoice of eligible assistive devices purchased from authorized dealer having VAT/TIN/CST No.
(recommended by the Institute) |

Copy of all enclosure must be attested. |
| (viii) |
Candidate must enclose Bonafide certificate duly sign/seal head of the institute with Photo duly attested |
