Scholarship Amount  A)Fees for enrollment/registration, tuition, games, union, library, magazine, medical examination and such other fees,
study tours charges up to a maximum of Rs. 1600/- per anum.
B)Thesis typing and printing charges upto a maximum of rs. 1600/- for the research scholars.
C)additional allowances to the st students with disabilities at the prescribed rates for different degree of disability.
D)annual allowance of Rs.1200/- for essential/prescribed books, besides reimbursement of course fees to correspondence course students.
E)The maintenance allowance for hostlers is between Rs. 235/- p.m. to 740/- and for day scholars from Rs. 140/- p.m. to Rs. 330/- p.m.
Elibility Criteria  1)Income from all sources does not exceed rs. 2.50 lakh per annum.
2)ST candidates passed the matriculation or higher secondary or any higher examination .
3)Except certain identified training courses like aircraft maintenance engineer’s courses, private pilot licence courses etc.
4)Students studying through correspondence courses are eligible.
5)Employed students on leave without pay for the entire duration of a full time course are eligible for course.
6)The scholarship holder under this scheme will not hold any other scholarship/stipend.
7)Students who have received coaching in any of the pre-examination training centers with financial assistance from the government will not be eligible.
Documents/Collaterals reqd 1.Passport size photograph must be attested by the head of the institution.
2.Caste certificate from the competent authority.
3.(a)Income certificate from the concerned authorized authority/ persons.
(b)Salary certificate from the employer if parent are employed.
4.Income declaration of parents/guardians from all the sources on non-judicial stamp paper.
5.Part-‘b’ of the application form counter signed by the head of the institution.
6.Forwarding letter by the head of the institution.
