- A Health care project for Urban poor
- To be established near Slums in Hyderabad and all district of Andhra Pradesh
- A self-sustaining model with following facilities
- Medical consultation
- Pharmacy (Medicine)
- Day care
- Diagnostic Lab
- All facilities will be made available with subsidised price and exploitation free system
- 20/- per patient for consolation and two days medicine
- Pilot project started on 10th Nov 2012 at Hafiz bababage C Block Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad
- A Slum population over 1 Lakh exist
- Work in two shifts
- Two doctors (one in each shit)
- One Male nurse
- One Female nurse
- One Lab technician
- One Sweeper
- More than 240 benefited in one month
- Expected monthly expenditure Rs.40,000/-
- Expected monthly income Rs. 40,000/- (Mach 2013)
- Establishment cost of one unit Rs. 1.5 Lakhs (Renovation of rented building, Furniture, Medical equipment, stationary)
