The fact finding committee constituted by different human rights organizations since a foul play in the recent arrest there seems a necxes among facebook account holders, criminal paid police informer and the intelligence department.

- All 9 accused in Akshardhan Blast case Gujarath was acquitted by court.
- All 9accused in Malegaon blast case was acquitted.
- All 17 accused in terror related cases in Karnataka were acquitted.
The investigation authorities are taking years together to from the charges and could not place substance etc. evidence for their claim therefore the courts are giving the acquaintance to those innocent youths after 8 to 23years.
